This starter motor features the mounting bracket at +45° and is double insulated — this is a different version than our TD60 starter motor with the bracket at +65° (not interchangeable). Volvo Penta supplied the AQD70/TD60/TMD70 series across multiple production years and submodels (including A/B/C versions) with slightly different solenoid switches; always check the bracket angle and number of teeth (9) on your old starter motor or nameplate before ordering.
